Man charged with murder
A 58-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Adrian Romeo, a 43-year-old man who disappeared on February 10 in Melbourne. Romeo was last seen leaving his home in Craigieburn, reportedly heading to visit friends in Greenvale, and has not been heard from since, with his phone and bank cards inactive. Following an extensive search involving multiple police units, the suspect was arrested in Wallan, about 45 kilometers from Melbourne, after a search of a property in Greenvale. Police have not disclosed the findings of their searches, and investigations continue as they seek information about Romeo's car, a gold 2004 Toyota Camry. The charged man will face Melbourne Magistrates' Court, while police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
