The track, which has become the unofficial anthem for Kamala Harris' campaign, was featured in a clip posted by Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung showing Trump disembarking from a plane. Despite the legal threat, the video remained on Cheung’s X account for some time before it was eventually removed. Beyoncé’s label confirmed the unauthorized use, contrasting with her explicit approval for Harris to use the song. This incident adds to a series of complaints from artists like Celine Dion and the family of Isaac Hayes against Trump for similar unauthorized use of their music in his campaigns.
