Antonio 'El Diablo' Riano, a fugitive wanted for nearly 20 years for the 2004 murder of Benjamin Becarra in Ohio, has been arrested in Zapotitlan Palmas, Oaxaca, Mexico, where he was working as a police officer. The U.S. Marshals Service, in collaboration with the Butler County Prosecutor's Office and the U.S. Department of Justice, facilitated his extradition to the U.S. Riano, who was featured on 'America's Most Wanted,' had fled the country after the incident and was apprehended following a renewed investigation spurred by discovering his activity on Facebook. He is charged with two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault and is being held without bond in the Butler County Jail. His arrest underscores the importance of international cooperation in law enforcement.
