Fugitive Antonio Riano Arrested in Mexico

Antonio 'El Diablo' Riano, a fugitive wanted for nearly 20 years for the 2004 murder of Benjamin Becarra in Ohio, has been arrested in Zapotitlan Palmas, Oaxaca, Mexico, where he was working as a police officer.
