Hull City has secured a season-long loan for goalkeeper Carl Rushworth from Brighton & Hove Albion, marking the club's twelfth signing of a busy transfer window. The 23-year-old, who previously played for Swansea City and has extensive Championship experience, expressed his eagerness to play in a system that suits his style. Rushworth, highly regarded in English football, spent last season at Swansea, where he played in all 46 league matches, keeping nine clean sheets. His move to Hull comes amidst interest from several Championship clubs, including Blackburn Rovers and Swansea City, but Hull managed to finalize the deal. He is set to feature in the upcoming Yorkshire derby against Leeds United. Despite his promising career, Rushworth has yet to make a senior appearance for Brighton's first team.
