Court Allows Kennedy to Sue Biden Over Censorship

This ruling follows the Supreme Court's June decision in Murthy v. Missouri, where a similar injunction was struck down due to insufficient evidence of direct injury. However, Judge Doughty concluded that Kennedy and CHD could demonstrate a substantial risk of future injury and direct government involvement in their censorship.
