Two Men Arrested After Walsall Armed Disorder

A series of arrests have been made in connection with a violent incident that occurred in Walsall on July 31, where four men were injured, one from a gunshot and three from stab wounds. A 46-year-old man was arrested on August 16 on suspicion of attempted murder after police stopped a vehicle in West Bromwich Road; an axe was also recovered during the operation. Additionally, a 36-year-old man was arrested on August 17 for assisting an offender related to the same incident. Previously, another man had been charged with multiple counts of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. The West Midlands Police continue their inquiries and urge anyone with information to come forward. All suspects involved remain in custody as investigations proceed.
