Central Railway Implements Three-Day Mega Block

The Central Railway has announced a three-day mega block from July 29 to July 31 in the Pune Division to facilitate interlocking works, resulting in the cancellation of 62 trains over this period. Specifically, 15 trains will be cancelled on July 29, 23 on July 30, and 24 on July 31, with several others being diverted or having altered termination points. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, commuters on the Main and Harbour lines will experience disruptions due to a scheduled mega block today, affecting train services between Matunga and Mulund, and between Panvel and Vashi. The Main line block will result in delays of about 15 minutes for some services, while Trans-Harbour services will see multiple cancellations. To alleviate some inconvenience, special local trains will operate on certain routes during the disruptions. Passengers are advised to plan their travel accordingly as significant delays and cancellations are expected.
