Chef Mussie Imnetu Critically Injured in Attack

Omar Wilson, 31, has been charged with grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent after a violent attack on Mussie Imnetu, a 41-year-old chef who has worked under notable figures like Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, near Notting Hill Carnival. The incident occurred around 11:20 PM on Monday, leaving Imnetu critically injured with a head trauma. He was found unconscious on Queensway and remains hospitalized following emergency treatment. Wilson, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, is scheduled to appear in Westminster Magistrates' Court. Police are appealing for witnesses, particularly those present at the Dr Power restaurant, to help reconstruct Imnetu's movements prior to the attack.
