In a tragic incident in Nagpur, Maharashtra, a 33-year-old man named Kushal alias Inga Shende has been arrested for allegedly beating his 62-year-old father, Dattatreya Shende, to death after the elder man refused to massage his son's feet. The altercation took place in their home on Saturday evening, where Kushal, known to have a criminal history, physically assaulted his father with kicks and punches targeting various parts of his body. Dattatreya's elder son, Pranav, attempted to intervene but was threatened by Kushal, prompting him to seek help from neighbors. Upon returning, Pranav found his father unconscious and rushed him to Mayo Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Kushal has been charged with murder and is currently in police custody. This incident is reminiscent of another recent case in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where a son also killed his father following a dispute while intoxicated.
