Concurrently, in Ferozepur, BSF personnel intercepted a drone carrying 538 grams of heroin, which was recovered during a search operation initiated after spotting suspicious activity. The drone, identified as a China-made DJI Mavic 3 Classic, was equipped with a plastic bottle attached by red tape and a nylon loop, along with an illuminating stick. This incident highlights ongoing challenges posed by drone smuggling across the Indo-Pak border, emphasizing the BSF's vigilance and response capabilities.
