Rescue crews, along with paramedics, are actively working to safely bring the passengers down. Sea World has described the incident as a 'standard ride stoppage' and confirmed that all passengers are safe and in communication with the staff. This marks the second ride malfunction at Sea World within a week, following a similar incident with the Leviathan rollercoaster. The cause of the Vortex ride's malfunction remains unknown.
