New John Wick Series by Lionsgate in Development

Lionsgate is developing a new TV series titled 'John Wick: Under the High Table,' which follows the events of 'John Wick: Chapter 4.' Keanu Reeves, who starred in the original films, will not appear on screen but will serve as an executive producer alongside Chad Stahelski, who will also direct the pilot. The series, written by Robert Levine, will introduce new characters vying for power while maintaining the presence of franchise stalwarts. This project aims to expand the John Wick universe without interfering with the planned fifth film or the upcoming 'Ballerina' spin-off starring Ana de Armas. The series is currently being shopped around and has yet to announce its cast or network. 'John Wick: Under the High Table' will be the second TV series in the franchise, following Peacock's successful prequel 'The Continental: From the World of John Wick.'
