Indian women wrestlers delivered an outstanding performance at the Under-17 World Championships, securing multiple medals. Aditi Kumari (43kg), Neha (57kg), Pulkit (65kg), and Mansi Lather (73kg) each clinched gold in their respective categories. Additional medal prospects include Kajal (69kg) and Shrutika Shivaji Patil (46kg), who are set to compete in gold medal bouts, and Raj Bala (40kg) who will vie for bronze. In Greco-Roman wrestling, Ronak Dahiya (110kg) and Sainath Pardhi (51kg) each won bronze medals. This dominant showing ensures India will win the women's team trophy despite being one wrestler short in the 49kg category.
