Shooting in Pittsburgh's East Hills Leaves One Dead

In a violent incident early Sunday morning in Pittsburgh's East Hills neighborhood, one man was killed and another injured in a shooting on Bennett Street. Police responded to reports of gunfire, receiving three ShotSpotter alerts indicating 28 rounds were fired. Upon arrival, officers found a man with two gunshot wounds to the head, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Shortly after, another man arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound believed to be connected to the same shooting; he is currently in stable condition. The police have recovered multiple shell casings from the scene and are reviewing surveillance footage as part of their ongoing investigation.
