UK Teen Killers of Brianna Ghey Named

Teenagers Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe, previously known as Girl X and Boy Y, have been publicly named as the murderers of transgender teenager Brianna Ghey, whom they stabbed 28 times in Linear Park, Warrington, in February 2022. Both were aged 15 at the time of the murder but turned 16 before their sentencing. They were both diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, and had a fascination with violence and murder. Their identification comes amid strong public interest and following the lifting of a court order. They will serve life sentences for the murder.
