Alain Delon Funeral Planned at His Estate

Alain Delon, the iconic French actor who passed away at 88, will be buried on August 24 at his estate in Douchy, alongside his beloved pets, following his specific wishes for a private ceremony without a national tribute. His family has rejected Delon's request to have his dog, Loubo, euthanized and buried with him after animal rights activists intervened, stating that Loubo will remain part of the family. The intimate funeral will include Delon's three children and around 40 guests, conducted by a Catholic priest, with no public memorial planned at this time. Delon's deep affection for animals was well-known, having owned 35 dogs throughout his life, and he often expressed a desire to be buried among them.
