USPS Unveils Alex Trebek Forever Stamp
The late 'Jeopardy!' host Alex Trebek has been posthumously honored with a U.S. Postal Service Forever stamp, unveiled on what would have been his 84th birthday. The stamp, designed to resemble the game show's blue screens, pays tribute to Trebek's 37 seasons as the host and features the question, 'This naturalized U.S. citizen hosted the quiz show Jeopardy! for 37 seasons,' with the answer 'Who is Alex Trebek?' displayed upside down. Trebek's widow Jean and his successor Ken Jennings attended the unveiling ceremony, expressing their gratitude and recalling Trebek's positive impact. The stamps are available for purchase at 73 cents each or $14.60 for a sheet of 20. Trebek's legacy is celebrated not only for his role on 'Jeopardy!' but also for his contributions to charity and his pride in his family.
