Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb, in the final months of his term, is actively pursuing international economic partnerships, emphasized during his recent trip to Australia and Singapore. Speaking from Singapore, he acknowledged that U.S. elections are a concern for global business leaders but stressed Indiana's stability and attractiveness for investment. Throughout his tenure, Holcomb has undertaken 24 economic development trips, with this being his first visit to Australia and Singapore, focusing on sectors like advanced manufacturing, defense, and energy. He believes these efforts will yield long-term benefits for Indiana, stating, 'Indiana cannot afford to downshift' as he prepares to leave office.
