Ravens to Dedicate Season to Joe D'Alessandris
Baltimore Ravens offensive line coach Joe D'Alessandris passed away at the age of 70 after being hospitalized with complications from surgery earlier in the summer. Known affectionately as 'Joe D.', he had been with the Ravens since 2017 and had a coaching career spanning 45 years. Head coach John Harbaugh and players expressed their deep condolences, remembering him as a man of integrity, faith, and inspiration who significantly impacted both the team and individuals. The team plans to dedicate their season to D'Alessandris and former player Jacoby Jones, who also recently passed away. D'Alessandris is survived by his three daughters, grandchildren, and the Ravens community he deeply touched. His legacy includes mentoring numerous Pro Bowl players and contributing to some of the franchise's most successful seasons.
