This legal challenge adds to a growing list of troubles for Prime, including class-action lawsuits related to false advertising and ingredient concerns, particularly regarding high caffeine levels. Senator Charles Schumer has urged the FDA to investigate these caffeine levels, while the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee has also filed suit over trademark infringements. Despite the controversies, Paul has touted Prime's financial success, claiming $250 million in retail sales in its first year. Neither Paul nor KSI, who co-founded the brand, have publicly commented on the lawsuit.
