UT Austin Leads NSF-funded Supercomputing Advancements
The University of Texas at Austin's Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) is leading the U.S. in scientific and engineering research with supercomputers like Frontera and the upcoming Stampede3, backed by a $60 million investment from the National Science Foundation (NSF). TACC is also spearheading the construction of the Leadership-Class Computing Facility (LCCF) with NSF, a $457 million project that will revolutionize computational research and development across various disciplines, including AI applications.
