Chicago Bears safety Douglas Coleman III was hospitalized after suffering an injury during a preseason game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The injury occurred when he tackled Chiefs wide receiver Cornell Powell, leading to Coleman being carted off the field on a stretcher. Fortunately, head coach Matt Eberflus reported that Coleman had movement in his limbs and even gave a thumbs-up to teammates before leaving for medical evaluation.
