The motion claims the lawsuit lacks essential details and fails to establish any viable claims, labeling it a mere commercial disagreement. Additionally, Combs faces multiple lawsuits alleging sexual abuse and a federal criminal investigation, following a video showing him assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Despite these challenges, Combs maintains his innocence regarding all allegations and seeks to prove them false in court. His lawyers have also referred Jones's attorney to a grievance committee for alleged misconduct in filing cases to attract media attention.
