Jerry Cantrell new album
Jerry Cantrell, the founder of Alice In Chains, has announced his new solo album titled 'I Want Blood', set for release on October 18. The album's lead single, 'Vilified', showcases a grunge-heavy sound and features contributions from notable musicians including Robert Trujillo of Metallica and Mike Bordin of Faith No More, with production by Joe Barresi. Cantrell describes the album as a 'serious piece of work' that is significantly different from his previous release, 'Brighten', emphasizing his growth in songwriting and performance. He is kicking off a North American tour alongside Bush, starting on July 26 and concluding on September 15 in Los Angeles. The album will include a total of nine tracks, with 'Vilified' being the opener. Fans can pre-order the album and catch Cantrell live during the summer tour.
