Motion City Soundtrack new song

Motion City Soundtrack has made a triumphant return with their first new song in a decade, titled 'Stop Talking,' released alongside the film Dìdi (弟弟). The track is characterized by a nostalgic pop-punk sound reminiscent of the band's earlier works and was recorded with producer San O'Keefe at Electrical Audio studio. Frontman Justin Pierre noted that a viral clip of Dìdi's director and producer enjoying their music at a festival spurred the band's reunion and subsequent music release. The film, which tells the story of a Taiwanese American boy's self-discovery, is currently in theaters and will have a wider release on August 16. MCS is also set to perform at the When We Were Young festival, showcasing their album Commit This To Memory in full.
