Bryonie Gawith, 29, and her three children, Denisty, Oscar, and Aubree Birtle, tragically lost their lives in a house fire in Bradford on August 21. Two men, Mohammed Shabir, 44, and Calum Sunderland, 25, have been charged with their murders and the attempted murder of Antonia Gawith, while a third suspect remains in a critical condition in a coma and may not recover. During a recent court hearing, prosecutor Matthew Bean indicated that additional defendants may be implicated in the case. Shabir and Sunderland appeared via video link and were remanded in custody, with a provisional trial date set for March 4. The trial is expected to last between eight to ten days, possibly longer depending on the circumstances surrounding the third suspect's health. West Yorkshire Police continue to investigate and appeal for further information related to the incident.
