Severe Flooding in India and Yemen

Severe weather events have caused significant damage and loss of life in both India and Yemen. In Gujarat, India, relentless rain has led to severe flooding, disrupting life and causing chaos, including sightings of large crocodiles in residential areas. Over 5,000 people have been relocated, and rescue operations continue with the help of the Indian Army. Meanwhile, in Yemen, flash floods in the Al-Mahwit province have resulted in at least 16 deaths and 24 people reported missing. The torrential rains have caused landslides, destroyed homes, and raised concerns about a cholera outbreak. The United Nations and WHO have warned of worse weather to come, exacerbating the existing humanitarian crisis in the war-torn nation.
