Army Veteran John Dyer Killed in Tragic Road Accident

An Army veteran named Jack Dyer died after being hit by eight vehicles while riding his motorcycle on his 26th birthday. His father expressed disbelief and grief and shared that Dyer was adopted from Russia at age 5 and moved to New York. Two days after his birthday, officers informed his family of his death.
