EBay Launches Pre-Loved Fashion Week Events

Danish fashion label Ganni is set to showcase its Spring 2025 collection at Paris Fashion Week on September 24, following the appointment of Laura de Rusquec as CEO. Meanwhile, eBay is launching its inaugural Pre-Loved Fashion Week in New York and London, featuring 'Endless Runway' shows that will allow viewers to shop archival pieces from renowned designers in real-time. The events, styled by Wisdom Kaye in New York and Amy Bannerman in London, will take place on September 5 and 12 respectively, and will include items from brands like Khaite and Off-White. The initiative reflects a growing trend towards sustainability in fashion, aiming to make pre-owned luxury more accessible. eBay's efforts are part of a larger movement, with significant sales in secondhand luxury items reported globally. The 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will also make a return on October 15, with Gigi Hadid and Tyra Banks announced as part of the promotional campaign.
