Mohan Babu University (MBU) hosted the inaugural 'National Space Day 2024' in collaboration with ISRO and NARL, commemorating the first anniversary of the Chandrayaan-3 mission's successful moon landing. The event attracted over 1,000 participants, including students from 30 colleges and 25 schools, and featured an inspiring address by ISRO Chairman Dr. S. Somanath. Activities included a 'Space on Wheels' exhibition with virtual reality experiences and lectures on interplanetary missions, promoting academic excellence and innovation in space sciences. In Raipur, the government engineering college celebrated the day with an exhibition showcasing India's space advancements, highlighted by a keynote address from mission director M. Shrikanth.
