Bajpayee originally purchased the apartment in April 2013 for Rs. 6.40 crore and has a diverse real estate portfolio that includes a recent investment of Rs. 32 crore in office units in Oshiwara. The recent sale involved a stamp duty of Rs. 54 lakh and highlights Bajpayee's continued engagement in Mumbai's real estate market. The buyers have been identified as Praveen and Saloni Jhanji.
