Ko and Metraux Lead Women's Olympic Golf
New Zealand's Lydia Ko and Switzerland's Morgane Metraux are tied for the lead at nine-under par heading into the final round of the women's Olympic golf tournament. Ko, aiming to complete her set of Olympic medals with a gold, carded a four-under 68 to climb the leaderboard. Metraux, who impressed with a remarkable eagle on the 18th hole, matched Ko's score with a one-under 71. American Rose Zhang and Japan's Miyu Yamashita are just two shots behind the leaders. Defending champion Nelly Korda and first-round leader Celine Boutier are further back but remain in contention. Ireland's Leona Maguire and Stephanie Meadow struggled, with Maguire particularly falling out of medal contention after a challenging round.
