The 2024 Henley Passport Index reveals Singapore as the world's most powerful passport, allowing visa-free access to 195 destinations. Following Singapore are France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain, tied for second place with access to 192 countries. Australia has risen to fifth place, enabling its citizens to travel to 189 destinations, while the United States ranks eighth with access to 186 countries. India's passport is ranked 82nd, providing visa-free entry to 58 countries, while Pakistan sits at 100th with access to only 33 destinations. The index highlights a growing global mobility gap, with the average number of visa-free destinations nearly doubling since 2006. Afghanistan remains the weakest passport, allowing only 26 destinations without a visa.
