Series of Tragic Road Accidents in India

India witnessed a series of tragic road accidents recently. In Madhya Pradesh, six people were injured when a drunk ambulance driver rear-ended a truck. In Uttar Pradesh, a head-on collision between a pickup van and a private bus resulted in eleven deaths and 26 injuries, prompting the state government to announce financial aid and a thorough investigation. In Bengal's Malda district, six young people died when their speeding SUV crashed into a truck after hitting a highway divider. Additionally, three people died and nine were injured in Greater Noida when their van rammed into a stationary truck on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. These incidents highlight the recurring issue of road safety and the need for stricter regulations and better infrastructure.
