Australia will implement tough new laws around vapes from January 1, and disposable vapes containing nicotine will be banned. These laws are in response to a national crackdown on vaping and aim to tackle addiction. The ban on disposable vapes containing nicotine will not apply to doctors and nurses who can still prescribe them for patients.
