Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro, known for his affinity for the supernatural, is currently filming an adaptation of 'Frankenstein' in Aberdeen, Scotland. Del Toro decided to stay in what is reputed to be the 'most haunted' room of an old 1800s hotel, previously vacated by a producer due to 'odd' occurrences. Despite his enthusiasm for haunted rooms, del Toro reported an 'oppressive' atmosphere and a sense of 'rage' in the room, leading him to sleep elsewhere to ensure he remains fresh for filming. He documented his experiences on social media, including attempts at capturing electronic voice phenomena (EVP). Although no concrete supernatural events occurred, the room's eerie vibe left a strong impression on him.
