China Invites International Journalists to Cover Political Conferences

China's government aims to improve its international image by inviting local and foreign journalists to cover the second session of the 14th National People's Congress and the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The government is inviting journalists to the media center for the reception of journalists and the arrangement of interviews during the two sessions, and the deadline for applications is February 18. Foreign journalists based in China should submit their applications to the press center, while those not based in China should apply to Chinese embassies or consulates in their countries or via authorized visa organizations.
