Moussa Dadis Camara Sentenced for Crimes Against Humanity

Former Guinean military leader Moussa Dadis Camara has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for crimes against humanity related to the 2009 massacre of over 150 people during a pro-democracy rally in Conakry. The court found Camara and seven other military commanders guilty of charges including murder, rape, torture, and kidnapping, reclassifying them as crimes against humanity.
