Cutfield has exercised his right to remain silent during questioning, citing exhaustion and the need for his legal team to gather more information. The incident, which occurred off the coast of Sicily on August 19, is suspected to have been caused by a 'downburst,' a powerful localized wind. Investigators are scrutinizing the responsibilities of the captain, crew, and the yacht's manufacturer, as the Bayesian was considered 'unsinkable.'
