Russian Shelling and Airstrikes Hit Ukraine

In the past 24 hours, Russia launched 2,430 attacks in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, resulting in one death and eleven injuries, including a child. The cities most affected include Kostiantynivka, where six people were wounded, and Chasiv Yar, where two were injured. Additionally, an airstrike in Sumy killed a 48-year-old woman and injured at least eight others at a factory, while a drone attack in Poltava did not result in casualties. The Ukrainian air force successfully intercepted 12 out of 18 Russian-launched drones overnight. Local authorities report extensive damage to residential and civilian infrastructure, with ongoing evacuation efforts for residents in conflict zones. Both Russia and Ukraine continue to deny deliberately targeting civilians amid the conflict.
