Janet Jackson has announced a highly anticipated Las Vegas residency titled 'Janet Jackson: Las Vegas,' set to begin on December 30, 2024, with a special New Year’s Eve show. The residency at Resorts World Theatre will feature 10 performances, including shows on Valentine’s Day weekend, as part of a celebration of her legacy and connection with fans. Tickets for the shows will go on sale starting August 28, 2024. Bobby Reynolds, senior vice president of AEG Presents Las Vegas, emphasized Jackson's status as a pop icon and the excitement surrounding her return to the Las Vegas Strip. This residency follows her extensive 'Together Again' tour, which concluded recently, and marks her first new Las Vegas engagement since her 'Metamorphosis' residency in 2019. Jackson, known for her numerous hits and awards, continues to be a significant figure in pop music, with over 180 million records sold worldwide.
