Timberlake's lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., claims the singer was not intoxicated and has filed a motion to dismiss the case due to procedural errors, including the lack of a supervising officer's signature on the initial complaint. Despite this, police reports indicate Timberlake displayed signs of intoxication such as bloodshot eyes and poor performance on sobriety tests. Timberlake, currently on his 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour,' is set to appear virtually for his arraignment on August 2. Timberlake has expressed regret over the incident and his wife, Jessica Biel, is reportedly very supportive.
