UK Covid-19 Inquiry Reveals Pandemic Failures and Reforms

The first report from the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, led by Baroness Heather Hallett, has revealed significant flaws in the UK's pandemic preparedness, stating that the government and civil service 'failed' the public.
