Steelers' Cam Sutton Suspended for Eight Games

Sutton, who returned to the Steelers after being released by the Detroit Lions, will not receive pay during his suspension and can seek reinstatement on October 29. The suspension follows his signing with Pittsburgh, where he addressed the impending punishment without planning to appeal. Despite facing legal challenges, including a reduced charge and entry into a batterers’ intervention program, Sutton signed a one-year deal with the Steelers worth $1,210,000.
