Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Denied New York Ballot
A New York judge ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will not appear on the ballot for the upcoming presidential election due to a residency dispute. The ruling, issued by New York Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba, determined that Kennedy falsely claimed a New York address while actually residing in California with his wife, actress Cheryl Hines. The challenge was brought by the Clear Choice PAC, a Democratic-aligned group, which argued that Kennedy's claimed residence was a 'sham' to maintain voter registration. Following the decision, Kennedy's legal team announced plans to appeal, asserting that the ruling reflects a Democratic effort to restrict voter choice. If upheld, the ruling could also impact his ballot access in other states where similar residency claims were made. Kennedy has until August 15 to file his appeal against the decision.
