Noah Williams Wins Bronze in Men's 10m Diving
Noah Williams secured a bronze medal in the men's 10m platform diving event at the Paris Olympics, marking his second medal at the Games after winning silver in the synchronized event with Tom Daley. His final dive, scoring 94.35 points, propelled him to a total score of 497.35, as competitors faltered in their final attempts. China's Cao Yuan defended his title, finishing with a score of 547.50, while Japan’s Rikuto Tamai took silver with 507.65. Williams was the only individual diver from Team GB to medal, as the country celebrated its most successful Olympics for diving with five total medals. This event marked a historic clean sweep for China, as they won all eight Olympic titles in diving. Meanwhile, fellow British diver Kyle Kothari finished 11th in his Olympic debut.
