Dujardin expressed deep remorse, stating that the actions depicted in the video were out of character and a significant error in judgment. The video was submitted to the FEI by a lawyer representing an undisclosed complainant and was filmed four years ago. Dujardin, who has six Olympic medals, is devastated by the situation and recognizes the impact on her reputation and responsibilities as an athlete.
