Gosder Cherilus Arrested for Flight Disturbance
Former NFL player Gosder Cherilus was arrested for allegedly urinating on a passenger during a Delta Air Lines flight from Boston to Dublin, which was forced to return to Logan International Airport. Cherilus, 40, became unruly after boarding and reportedly struck another passenger before urinating on an elderly man. He was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing a flight crew and appeared in East Boston District Court on Monday, where he was released on $2,500 bail and ordered to refrain from alcohol and drugs. Delta Airlines confirmed they have a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior and apologized to other passengers for the disruption. Cherilus, known for his time with the Detroit Lions and other NFL teams, faces further court proceedings on October 11. His actions have drawn significant media attention due to his previous prominence in the sport.
