Former Pro Bowl CB Antonio Cromartie Joins Jets

Former New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie is returning to the franchise as a Bill Walsh diversity coaching fellow for training camp, marking his second coaching internship with the team. Cromartie, a two-time Pro Bowl selection during his time with the Jets, will work under head coach Robert Saleh and defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich. The Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship provides opportunities for former NFL players to gain coaching experience, aiming to increase minority representation in NFL coaching. Cromartie's coaching journey includes stints at Texas A&M and Division-II Saint Augustine University, showcasing his transition from player to coach. The program, which has launched successful coaching careers like Mike Tomlin and Todd Bowles, offers Cromartie a chance to learn from established NFL coaches and further his coaching aspirations.
