Airlines Suspend Flights Amid Middle East Conflict

Amid escalating conflict in Lebanon, several airlines have suspended flights to and from the region. Qatar Airways and flydubai have halted services to Beirut, while EgyptAir canceled flights from Cairo to Beirut. Lufthansa extended its ban on flights to Israel and Iran and suspended Beirut flights until October 26. Over 30 flights to and from Beirut were canceled on Tuesday, per the Rafic Hariri International Airport's website. Other international carriers such as Air Algerie, Air France-KLM, and Delta Air Lines have also adjusted their operations in response to the heightened tensions.
